Who leads us
Alfonso Di Pasquale is a senior leader with extensive experience in business leadership, M&A, JVs and other partnerships in the high tech industrial space. From 1998 to 2013 he has been in the leading force of the team which have successfully developed a business from a few people organization (fifteen) to a 2,500 people corporation with in excess of 500m US$ in sales. After the successful sale of the business to an American public listed company, he has taken a leadership role in the buying entity to ensure proper transition and integration of the business into the new organization.
The mix of his engineering, financial and strategic background makes him a quite unique offer in the world of corporate strategy and M&A which has enabled him to obtain the track record of his achievements.
Peter Mackel is an industry recognised expert in the automotive area of embedded system solutions. With a background in electronics and software engineering, he has successfully nurtuered and developed teams into a leading force in the world of Tire Pressure Monitoring. Having led teams across the globe and been key counsel in strategic and product related activities throughout his career, he brings credibilty, understanding and clarity to his clients and projects.
With his combination of engineering expertise, business acumen and inter-cultural communication skills, he continues to drive and inspire an environment of collaboration and foucsed execution of projects.
